By accessing or using any part of the tk15 platform — including the website at https://tk15.pro, any game, service, or feature provided through the platform — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific products or promotions published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

tk15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual users. The current version of the Terms, as published on this page, constitutes the binding agreement between you and tk15. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the tk15 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk15 applies a strict 21+ age policy consistent with responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a human individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a commercial organisation or as part of a syndicate.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether use of tk15 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling at tk15 or under any self-exclusion agreement currently in effect at any other platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a tk15 employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted by tk15 management.

tk15 may require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. All eligibility checks are conducted for player protection and platform integrity.

To access the full range of tk15 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the tk15 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Verification Requirements

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration. Any false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for immediate account closure.
2. tk15 may request KYC documentation at any time, including a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
3. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. tk15 will process KYC document reviews within 2 business days of receiving a complete document set. Players are notified by email upon approval or if further documentation is needed.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tk15 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tk15 support staff will never request your password. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to [email protected] immediately. tk15 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

All monetary transactions on the tk15 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk15 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own applicable service charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by tk15, though you may set voluntary deposit limits through your account settings.
• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
• Deposits are credited in real time for bKash and Nagad. If a deposit does not credit within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• tk15 reserves the right to decline any deposit where money laundering, fraud, or suspicious financial activity is suspected. Such deposits will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be referred to relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative is pre-approved in writing by tk15 support. This policy protects players and prevents money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts withdrawing to bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all applicable conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• tk15 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while a KYC review or fraud investigation is in progress. The platform will communicate the reason for any hold within 24 hours of it being applied.

tk15 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals to or from third-party payment sources, anonymous wallets, or any method not registered in the account holder's name. Any funds received from an ineligible source will be returned and the account reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk15 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and funds withheld or returned at tk15's discretion.

• Registering more than one account on the tk15 platform or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting platform mechanics, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including theft, fraud, or any other criminal offence, or using the tk15 platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings arising from a software error are void. Identified bugs must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment method information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person in any context on the platform.

tk15 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tk15 reserves the right to take immediate action without advance notice, up to and including permanent account closure and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the tk15 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tk15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the tk15 platform without prior written consent from tk15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if tk15 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk15's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your tk15 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

tk15 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tk15 uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect player data and transactions, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the platform at your own risk.

You may close your tk15 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course.

tk15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or to other players. In such cases, tk15 will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally permissible, and will return verified player balances after deducting any bonus funds and any amounts subject to active investigation.

tk15 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
