tk15 Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by tk15 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored in connection with the operation of the tk15 platform at https://tk15.pro. This Policy explains what personal data we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to it. • Payment service providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and card payment processors — share only the transaction data required to process your deposit or withdrawal. These providers are bound by their own data protection obligations.
• Identity verification providers: third-party KYC and age verification services that process identity document data solely to confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Account data (including KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay history) is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, in order to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements and to resolve any disputes that may arise after account closure.

Support communications are retained for 2 years from the date of the last message in the relevant thread. Analytics data derived from cookies is retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual.

tk15 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. If a request is complex or you have made multiple requests, we may extend our response time by up to 10 additional business days, and will inform you of the extension and the reason.

The tk15 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. tk15 does not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to any individual under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by or in relation to an underage individual, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account. The tk15 platform does not contain links to external third-party websites. All navigation on the tk15 platform stays within the tk15 domain at https://tk15.pro. Game content delivered by licensed game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming) operates within the tk15 platform environment; player data handled within those game sessions remains subject to this Privacy Policy and to the data-sharing arrangements described in Section 5.
